Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every soap, candle, and handmade good you receive from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, items must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • Unburned (for candles)

  • In their original packaging

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo so we can make it right quickly. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few business days to appear.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
